Update: This issue was resolved as I received my refund and an apology within a week of posting this review.Baldwin county buyers beware. I’m happy with the vehicle I have purchased but not the follow up service. The salesman encouraged me to submit a copy of my paperwork once I registered my vehicle so that I could receive a refund for the tax difference between Baldwin and Mobile counties. This was the first vehicle I have purchased this century! I am older, not rich and looking for great value. Bobby Dees, my salesperson, was very kind and not pushy. I can say the same thing about Ryan Cox, Finance Manager and Donnel Smith, Sales Manager. It was a very nice experience. I was treated with dignity and all 3 seemed genuinely interested in my needs. I called up my salesperson Victor Autry told him I was ready for upgrade my car to something nearer. Victor asked me what I was looking for. I told him. I did the online credit app at home. Waited about an hour to make sure it went throug. I called Victor back to confirm that he had received it. I love Palmers! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. Most recently my 2020 Rav. Which I love! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their sales dept is the best of the best!!! You can't beat them!! They get 4 stars bc their service dept, specifically customer service is the worst!!!! I spend my entire Saturdays for an oil change. I schedule an appointment. I arrive 20 mins and I wait. 3 hours. If I drop my car off it will be there the entire day and I'm at work stranded without a car.
I had been shopping around online, checking vehicle backgrounds etc to make my list to check out.
