My experience was the best I ever had when it comes to car salesman. Desmond (salesman) and Darnell (manager) made me feel very comfortable. From the beginning, Sam was very transparent and precise with the process. He made sure to explain everything in depth and made sure I understood. Very trustworthy and he respected my time. I had originally look at Palmer to buy my new truck but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for so i checked around and bought from Eastern Shore. Worst mistake of my life. I have since been coming to Palmer for all my service work and they are great. fast and friendly will take you in just as soon as they can. I am sold on Palmer Toyota and as soon as I can trade this truck I will. Palme Toyota will have that sale for sure.

We had the most pleasant buying experience recently at Palmers Toyota. Our salesman David Parnell was awesome! He knew everything we needed to know about the vehicles we purchased. The sales and finance departments did an exceptional job on a Sunday afternoon just before their closing time to make sure we got the car we needed for the price we could afford
I wanted an additional car to commute back and forth to work. I didn't want to spend a lot of money; however I needed something that would be durable and reliable for my needs. The sales representative, MD Hague showed me vehicles based on my needs and we were able to find a great vehicle. It was an awesome experience. The sales manager worked directly with him to ensue negotiate pricing.
Palmers provided my family with very professional and friendly service. Randy Yusef was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt he was one of the family working with our best interest in mind. We had already been to another dealership today and was not impressed with the personnel's demeanor towards the customers. We don't buy vehicles often, but Palmers will be our first stop next time we do.

I've been dealing with Palmers Toyota for over 10 years and admit they have some issues, but salesman David Parnell is the best. Regardless of my auto needs, new or used, I will check with David first before buying my next auto.

Recently purchased my New 2012 Toyota 4Runner from the Internet Sales Department and was pleased with the quick responses and answers to all my questions as well as a great price!
